Production Staff

Ghostlight is seeking skilled artists in the community to work in all aspects of production. Ghostlight's production staff are all shareholders in our productions. Each will be paid a stipend based on a show's net profits with no minimum or maximum stipend amount. If a production doesn't have a net profit, then no one makes money, from the investors to the stage crew. On the other hand, the better a production does, the larger the stipend gets. That being the case, we're looking for artists whose primary concern is the art, and who are excited by the thought that everyone is a shareholder in every production.
